Estimated delivery time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier serviceability; remote or rural areas may require additional time. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp for order monitoring. We take special care in secure and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit; however, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or government restrictions. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout, and free shipping offers may be available on selected orders or minimum cart values. Loot Monkey Toys is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, and orders once shipped cannot be redirected or cancelled.
