1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged during transit

• The product received is defective

• The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Unboxing video proof is mandatory (from sealed package to product)

⚠️ No video proof = No return/refund

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Change of mind / no longer needed

• Minor paint variations or small detailing differences (common in collectibles)

• Damage caused due to mishandling after delivery

• Items purchased during clearance / sale offers

• Orders with incomplete or missing unboxing video

4. Return Approval & Pickup

• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)

• If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the product to us

• Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit
