At Loot Monkey Toys, we take pride in delivering high-quality anime action figures and collectibles. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged during transit

The product received is defective

The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible for a return:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Unboxing video proof is mandatory (from sealed package to product)
⚠️ No video proof = No return/refund
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Change of mind / no longer needed

Minor paint variations or small detailing differences (common in collectibles)

Damage caused due to mishandling after delivery

Items purchased during clearance / sale offers

Orders with incomplete or missing unboxing video

Our team will review the request within 1–2 business days.
4. Return Approval & Pickup

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)

If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the product to us

Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit
